• Pullanyloosestrapstight.
• Thehigh-pressurehosetothecylindersmustbechecked
forleaksusingtheleakdetectoreverytimeacylinderis
changed.
• Thegasbottlecabinetisnotsuitableforstoringadditional
items.
• Thestopvalvesonthegascylindersmustalwaysbeeasi

lyaccessible.
• Donotclosethegasbottlecabinet’sairvents.
• Ensurethatthirdpartiescannotgainaccesstothegas
bottlecabinet.
Changing gas cylinders
• Openthedoorofthegasbottlecabinet.
• Closethemainstopvalveonthegascylinder.Payattenti
-
ontothedirectionofthearrow.
Donotsmokeorigniteopenameswhilechangingthegas
cylinders.
• Holdthehosebreakageprotector;unscrewtheknurlednut
(left-handedthread)andremovethebreakageprotection
andthehigh-pressurehosefromthegascylinder.
• Loosenthexingstrapandremovethegascylinder.
• Replacethefullgascylinderinthegasbottlecabinetand
carefullyfastenitusingthexingstraps.
• Putthehosebreakageprotectorandthehigh-pressure
hosebackonthecylinderandscrewuptheknurlednut
(left-handedthread)tightlybyhand.
• Openthemainstopvalve;pressthegreenbuttonon
thehosebreakageprotectorandthesilverbuttononthe
SecuMotion(gasgovernor).
• Checkthatgasisnotescapingfromtheconnectionpoint
usingleakdetectorspray.
• Closethegasbottlecabinetdoor.
Gas stop valves
Everygasdeviceisttedwithacorrespondinggasstop
valve.Thegasstopvalvesarelocatedinthekitchendrawer
abovethecutlerytrayandarelabelledwiththe
correspondingsymbols.
