8.3 umkehrspIel zwIschen spIndelgetrIebe und spIndelführung auf ausleger eInstellen
Nach einem längeren Nutzungszeitraum tritt oben erwähntes Umkehrspiel auf. Es muss somit die Straffheit
zwischen der Auslegerführung und dem Kurbelwellenlager eingestellt werden.
a. Die oben abgebildete Seitenplatte (Pos. 1) entfernen.
b. Die oben abgebildeten Schraubbolzen (Pos. 2) lösen. Einen Inbusschlüssel in die oben abgebildeten
Bohrungen (Pos. 3) einführen, drehen und genügend Straffheit einstellen, bis das Handrad des
Spindelgetriebes sich einfach, aber nicht zu einfach, drehen lässt. Gleiche Einstellung an der
entgegengesetzten Seite ausführen.
c. Schraubbolzen (Pos. 4) lösen.
d. Einen Inbusschlüssel in die oben abgebildeten Bohrungen (Pos. 5) einführen, drehen und genügend
Straffheit einstellen, bis das Handrad des Spindelgetriebes sich einfach, aber nicht zu einfach, drehen lässt.
Gleiche Einstellung an der entgegengesetzten Seite ausführen.
e. Seitenplatte (Pos. 1) wieder anschrauben.
8.4 hydraulIkdruck eInstellen
a. Überprüfen, ob genügend Hydrauliköl vorhanden ist.
b. Maschine einschalten.
c. Unter normalen Bedingungen ist kein Druck aufgebaut. Ist eine Einstellung notwendig, einen kleinen
Schraubendreher in die Zwangsumschaltung des Magnetventils (Pos. 8) einführen.
d. Das Druckeinstellventil (Pos. 5) verstellen (im UZS = Druck erhöhen; gegen den UZS = Druck reduzieren)
Der Standarddruckwert beträgt 38 bar (kg/cm2)
e. Schraubendreher wieder entfernen.
Bei der Einstellung des Hydraulikdrucks die Zwangsumschaltung des Magnetventils (Pos. 8)
dauerhaft betätigen.

6.5 Adjustment of the backlash between the Gearbox and the Arm rail.
The backlash appears after the machine has been used for a period of time. It is necessary to
adjust the tightness between the Arm rail and crankshaft bearing.
a. Remove the side plate as the above figure 1.
b. Release the bolts as the above figure 2. Using socket wrench, insert it into the holes as
shown in the above fi

6.6Adjustment of the hydraulic pressure.

a. Please check that whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient?
b. Power on.
c. There is no pressure under the normal condition. If adjustment needed, please insert a
small screwdriver into the forcible switch of the solenoid valve, as shown in figure 8, to do
the adjustment.
d. Rotate the pressure adjusting valve, as shown in the figure 5, (clockwise to high and
counter clockwise to low pressure) The default pressure is 38bar(kg/cm
2
)。
e. Take out the screwdriver.
Precaution
When adjusting the hydraulic pressure, please keep pressing the forcible switch of the
solenoid valve continuously, as shown in the figure 8.
