Guarantee Document
We assume for this product a guarantee for two years from the date of purchase.
If during this guarantee period defects of the product should become apparent which are
the result of faulty material or workmanship, our authorized Hyundai Service Partner will
repair or replace either the product itself or its defective parts without any expense charged
for raw material and labour cost. We however do not assume any cost of transportation of
the defective product to and from one of our Hyundai Service Partners.
We are authorized to replace defective products or parts thereof by new or replacement
products or new spare parts or replacement parts. All products replaced or parts thereof
shall become our property. Guarantee services performed within the scope of this
guarantee document will not extend the guarantee period granted.
We perform guarantee services if the defective product is presented or sent to one of our
authorized Hyundai Service Partners within the guarantee period, accompanied by the
original invoice (indicating the date of purchase as well as the product name and IMEI
Number) and a service form completed by you with all details it asks for.
Not covered by our guarantee are defects or damages of a product resulting from
-1- improper or unauthorized use or failure to comply with the operating instructions;
-2- outside force, in particular damages resulting from breakage, fire, humidity liquids,
concussions, excessive heat;
-3- force majeure, in particular lightning, accidents;
-4- outside influence, in particular humidity, dirt, temperature fluctuations;
-5- wear and tear parts and materials;
-6- defects from excessive strain on mechanical parts;
-7- failure to comply with the maintenance and service instructions;
-8- unauthorized tampering with or modification of the product;
-9- repairs or attempts to repair carried out by persons who are not authorized Hyundai
Service Partners.
The guarantee granted within the scope of this guarantee document is additional to the
legal warranty and does not affect in any way claims of end users by law or otherwise.
If any stipulation of this Guarantee Document is not legally effective, the remaining
provisions still remain legally effective.
