For the following foods or cooking operation, you do not need to input cooking power and time. Try to

focus on telling the oven what you want to cook and how much the food weighs.

Steps:

1. Press PAUSE/CANCEL button.

2. Turn MENU/TIME dial counterclockwise to select food code.

3. Press WEIGHT ADJUST button a number of times to indicate food weight.

4. Press START/QUICK START button.

1. The result of auto cook depends on factors such as the shape

and size of food, your personal preference as to the doneness

of certain foods and even how well you happen to place food in

the oven. If you find the result at any rate not quite satisfactory,

please adjust the cooking time a little bit accordingly.

2. For milk/coffee and potato, parameters on display are not

weight but number of servings.

3. For chicken, beef/mutton and steaks, the oven pauses and

beeps during cooking to remind you to turn food over for

uniform cooking, after that, press START/QUICK START to

resume.

WEIGHT DEFROST

The oven can be used to defrost meat,

poultry, and seafood. The defrosting time and

power level are automatically set once the

food category and the weight are

programmed. The frozen food weight ranges

from 100g to1800g.

The oven will pause and signal during

defrosting process to remind user to turn over

food, after that, press START/QUICK START

to resume defrosting.

Suppose you want to defrost 600g of shrimp.

1. Press PAUSE/CANCEL button.

2. Press WEIGHT DEFROST button.

3. Press WEIGHT ADJUST to indicate

weight 600g.

4. Press START/QUICK START button.

PRESET

Preset function allows the oven to start up in

a later time. Suppose now the clock running

at 11:10 and you want the oven to start

cooking at 11:30.

1. In standby mode, set a cooking

program.

2. Touch PRESET button.

3. Rotate MENU/TIME to set hour digit 11.

4. Touch PRESET button again.

5. Rotate MENU/TIME to set minute digit

30.

6. Press PRESET button to confirm.

Note: You can check the preset time by

pressing PRESET; to cancel the Preset

feature, press PRESET button and then

PAUSE/CANCEL button. Quick Start and

Weight Defrost can not be preset.

QUICK START

The oven will operate at 100% power output

for Quick Start program.

In standby mode, press the START/QUICK

START button a number of times to set

cooking time (each touch for 30 seconds, and

up to 10 minutes), the oven starts working
