Using the hand mixer
Inserting hooks and beaters
Before you insert or remove any parts, disconnect the power plug from the socket!
Place both beaters in the openings and turn them slightly until they are locked in place.
• Insert the hook with the marking ring (6) into the left opening. It cannot be inserted into the right opening.
• Insert the hook without the marking ring (7) into the right opening.
• Do not use a hook and a beater together.
Switching on and off
The hand mixer is intended for short-time operation. After using it for 10 minutes, switch it off for at least 10
minutes so that the motor can cool down!
• The level switch needs to be set to 0 before connecting the power plug with the socket.
• Start with the lowest level in order to avoid splattering and splashing. Set the level switch to the
desired speed:
Level 1-2: To begin operation
Level 2-3: In long-time operation to mix, beat, fold in, stir, especially suitable for dough.
Level 4-5: To whisk egg white, dough and sauces.
• Turbo button: The Turbo button is suitable for a short-term, strong beating with maximum speed. Do not use
this function for more than 5 minutes.
• After use disconnect the power plug. Press the eject button in order to release the hooks or beaters. Do
not press this button while the device is in use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Disconnect the power plug from the socket before cleaning!
Cleaning beaters and hooks
Detach beaters or hooks parts from the device. Clean them with water and a dishwashing agent.
Cleaning the hand mixer
Do not immerse the hand mixer in water or other liquids. Wipe the casing with a cloth damped with water.
