These heatable insoles are ideal for long, cold days outside.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read these operating instructions thoroughly prior to using this device.
• If this appliance is given to a third party, then the operating instructions must also be handed over.
• This appliance corresponds to the technical standards and the current safety requirements for electric
devices.
• The manufacturer does not accept liability for damages, which may result from improper use or from not
abiding by these operating instructions.
• Keep children away from the device.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or by those with a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Only use this device in temperate latitudes; avoid the tropics and especially damp climates.
• Do not expose the product to direct sunlight. Do not use the product near heat producing appliances such
as ovens or stoves.
• Do not use any accessories not included in delivery or not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not submerge the product in water, as this may cause damage.
• Shield the insoles and the battery compartment from rain and snow.
• Do not use the product if it is damaged. In order to avoid dangers, defective components should only be
replaced by the manufacturer, his customer service or by similarly qualied persons.
• Do not try to repair the device on your own. Repairs should be conducted by qualied specialists only.
Notes for batteries
• Do not expose the batteries to extreme heat, direct sunlight, re, etc.
• Only use top-quality batteries. Cheap batteries could leak and damage the device as a result.
• If the batteries leak, remove them with a cloth and dispose of them accordingly. Ensure that leaking battery
acid does not come into contact with skin and eyes. If you do get battery acid in your eyes, ush them
thoroughly with lots of water and consult a physician immediately! If battery acid comes into contact with
your skin, wash the affected area with lots of water and soap.
• If the device is not to be used for an extended period of time, then the batteries should be removed, as the
device could become damaged should they leak. If the device functions weaken, replace all batteries.
• Batteries are very dangerous if swallowed. Please keep the batteries and the device components away
from children at all times. If a battery is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
• Batteries must not be recharged or activated with other means, dismantled, thrown into re or short-
circuited.
• Remove the batteries prior to disposing of the device.
Danger of suffocation! Keep all packaging material away from children.
Dispose of the packaging materials in an appropriate way. Contact your local authorities about
collection points or waste separation.
The device is intended for private use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.
