For the proper making of any complaint we advice
to ask your dealer for filing up and confirming this
warranty card including the statement of serial
number of the product purchased, which must
match the serial number, referred to as the proof of
purchase and delivery note, as well as the
purchased product. The warranty card is on the last
pages of this manual.
Note: On the Arrow for a possible complaint Keep
the serial number embossed on the back cover of
the phone. The serial number is recommended to
be glued in the warranty card.
