Important Street Navigation Data Information
HEMA Maps do not have control over the integrity of the navigation data in Route 66.
Route 66 uses maps and navigation data provided by Navteq. If a road is incorrect or
missing from the Navteq data in iGo Primo, it is because the information does not
exist or is incorrectly recorded in the data supplied by Navteq to iGo Primo.
To notify Navteq of incorrect or missing data, it is possible to submit map data
change requests by clicking on the following link to the Navteq web page:
http://www.navteq.com/
Click on the Map Reporter at the top of the Navteq webpage and proceed as
instructed.
The incorporation of these reported discrepancies into the next version of released
data is at the discretion of Navteq and iGo Primo and is completely out of the control
of HEMA Maps.
Important Map Data Information
One of the goals of the HEMA NAVIGATOR is to provide customers with the most
complete and accurate cartography that is available to us at reasonable cost. Along
with HEMA‟s extensive field work, we use a combination of governmental and private
data sources, which we identify in product literature and copyright messages
displayed to the consumer. Virtually all data sources contain some inaccurate or
incomplete data. In some areas, complete and accurate map information is either not
available or is prohibitively expensive.
