reversing the door opening

It is possible to change the door opening from either the left or the right side. To change the opening direction, please follow these

instructions. We recommend you have someone assist you.

Note: Before reversing the door swing, set the thermostat (4) on OFF and unplug the appliance from the mains. Empty the appliance,

including the shelves before reversing the door opening. You should rest the appliance on something solid e.g. a chair just below the

top panel so you can access the bottom of the refrigerator.

1. Remove the plastic covering from the top door hinge.

2. Unscrew the three screws from the bottom bracket. Remove the foot from the opposite side.

3. Place the removed parts to one side.

4. Slide the appliance door down about 15 cm and off the top hinge pin and lift the door away from the appliance. Put the door aside

at a secure location.

5. Remove the two screws from the top bracket and replace on the otherside. You will need to ﬁrst remove the plastic caps from the

other side and keep them aside.

6. Slide the appliance door back on to the top hinge, making sure it’s the right way up. Screw the bottom hinge into place on the new

side. Replace the other foot on the other side. Replace the plastic covering by clicking it back into position on the door hinge.

7. Check that the door is aligned horizontally and vertically and that the seals are closed on all sides before ﬁnally tightening the

bottom hinge. Re-adjust the levelling feet.

Leave the appliance to stand for at least 3 hours before you insert the plug into the socket.
