Resetting Maximum / Minimum
Push the RESET button once. Both Maximum and Minimum memory will be cleared.
Choosing unit of measurement (°C/°F)
By pressing the °C/°F button once, the display will shift from Celsius (°C) to Fahrenheit
(°F), or vice versa.
Mounting the thermometer on a wall
The thermometers are wall mountable, using two screws according to the enclosed
mounting template.
The screwheads must be approx. 3,5 mm from the wall. To obtain optimal accuracy,
the indoor thermometer has to be mounted in a way that allows the air to pass freely
around it.
Mounting the probe (outdoor version)
The probe for measuring the outdoor temperature, has to be placed outdoors, in a
spot not reached by direct sunlight, and in a way that allows the air to pass freely
around it. The probe may be passed through the wall, a window or an airvent. The
probe has a small metal-extension attached, which is used for mounting of the probe
to the wall with a suitable distance.
Please note: The LCD Display will not function if placed in an environment with
temperatures below 0°C or above 50°C (122°F).
The display on the products is a LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and for optimum
readability of the display, the product must be placed in a location with good lighting.
