4 Permanent settings in programming mode
In the programme item ‘Machine settings (3/5)’/ ‘Save energy’ you
can permanently set an energy-saving mode (Energy Save Mode,

‘Save No’
U
All speciality coffees, speciality coffees with milk, hot water
and steam can be prepared without having to wait.

‘Save Level1’
U
Once switched on, the machine is ready to prepare all speci-
ality coffees and hot water.
U
Soon after the last preparation, the GIGA stops heating up.
After about 5 minutes the message
‘Energy Save’ is dis-
played.
U
‘Save Level2’
U
Once switched on, the machine is ready to prepare all speci-
ality coffees, speciality coffees with milk, hot water, and
steam.

Example:Proceed as follows to change the energy-saving mode

‘Save No’ to ‘Save Level1’.
