and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you keep
the good numbering when you turn the pages of the I/B.

❑ Be extremely cautious as oil and fat preparations might
catch fire if overheated.
❑ For slices of bread, please do not use your toaster for longer
than 10 minutes as otherwise your bread will be burned. This
remark is important as the maximum time is 60 minutes but
this period of time should be used for other things than
heating bread.
❑ Caution: Allow at least 25cm of space above the oven and
10cm at the sides. Do not cover the air outlet openings and
make sure the oven has a sufficient airflow.
❑ Your appliance must never be switched on through an
external timer or any kind of separate remote control
system.

BEFORE USE
• Unpack the appliance and accessories, then wash and wipe these accessories.
• It is normal if some smoke or smell emanates from the appliance when using it for the first
time. Therefore, we advise you to use your appliance empty once before the first use. Set
the timer to ca. 10 minutes at the maximum temperature (250°C) on the "heat from above
and below" position.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• When using for the first time, clean the appliance with a damp cloth and wipe dry.
• Plug the unit into an earthed wall socket.
• Put the food in the oven.
• Select the desired cooking mode (upper heating element or upper and lower heating
element combined) and the temperature thanks to the buttons on the control panel.
• Turn the mechanical timer to set the desired cooking time. The pilot light will illuminate.
• You'll hear a signal when the cooking time has elapsed. If you want to stop before the
selected time is over, place the timer in the “0” position. The pilot light will go out.
• Carefully open the door, preferably using an oven glove.
