3. Press "Instant.Start" to start the oven. The countdown begins.

Notes:

- You can adapt the cooking time during the cooking process.

- Do not use the metal rack for microwave cooking.

- It is recommended to turn the food halfway through. When you have turned the food, close

the door and press "Instant.Start" to resume the cooking process.

b) Grill cooking

When using the grill function, the heating element will be energized during use. The grill

cooking is particularly useful for thin slices of meat, steaks, chops, kebabs, sausages or pieces

of chicken. It is also suitable for hot sandwiches and au gratin dishes.

1. Press the "Grill.Combi" key several times until “G” appears on the display.

2. Press "Auto cooking" or "Time.Weight" to set the cooking time.

3. Press "Instant.Start" to start the oven. The countdown begins.

Note: It is not necessary to preheat for grill cooking.

Attention: In the grill mode, the oven, the metal rack and the receptacles may become very

hot. Use potholders or oven gloves to prevent burns.

c) Combination cooking: Grill + Microwave

If you want to cook thick pieces of food, it is advised to use a combination of grill and

microwave cooking as a brown crust is obtained in this way while the microwaves penetrate

the food and heat up the centre of the food as well.

1. Press the "Grill.Combi" key several times until “C1” or “C2” appears on the display.

Programme “C2” adds more working time of the heating element than “C1”.

2. Press "Auto cooking" or "Time.Weight" to set the cooking time.

3. Press "Instant.Start" to start the oven. The countdown begins.

Attention: In the combination modes, the oven, the metal rack and the receptacles may

become very hot. Use potholders or oven gloves to prevent burns.

d) Defrost by weight

With this function, the power is set automatically in order to defrost your preparation

progressively without cooking it.

1. Press the "Auto Defrost" key to select the desired defrosting programme.

2. Press "Auto cooking" or "Time.Weight" to select the weight that has to be defrosted.

3. Press "Instant.Start" to start the defrosting process.

4. Halfway during the defrosting process, 3 beeps will sound twice, indicating that it is time to

turn over the food. Open the door, turn over the food and close the door again.

5. Press "Instant.Start" to continue the defrosting process.
