5. To temporarily stop the playback (pause), press the Play/Pause button once. The display will
be ashing. Press the button again to resume playback.
6. To stop playback, press the ■ Stop button.
Fast Forward / Fast Rewind & Skipping Tracks
• To jump to the previous track, press the Skip/Search Backward button once.
• To skip to the next track, press the Skip/Search Forward button once.
• To fast forward the currently playing track, press and hold the Skip/Search Forward button.
Once you reach the desired section of the track, release the button to resume normal playback.
• To fast rewind the currently playing track, press and hold the Skip/Search Backward button.
Once you reach the desired section of the track, release the button to resume normal playback.
• To skip 10 tracks at once back or forward, press the 10/M/FOLD- or 10/M/FOLD+.
• If the inserted disc contains several folders, you can select those by pressing and holding the
10/M/FOLD- or 10/M/FOLD+ button until you reach the desired folder.
Repeat Modes, Random Playback, Intro Function
At any time during playback,
• press the MEM/P-MODE button once to repeat the current track. “REP-1” will be shown.
• press the MEM/P-MODE button again to repeat all tracks. “REP-ALL” will be shown.
• press the MEM/P-MODE button again to repeat the current folder (only available if the disc con-
tains folders). “REP-ALBUM” will be shown.
• press the MEM/P-MODE button again to play all tracks in random order. “RANDOM” will be
shown in the display.
• press the MEM/P-MODE button again to start the Intro function. Each track will be played for 10
seconds. “INTRO” will be shown.
• press the MEM/P-MODE button again to deactivate the repeat or random function.
Programming Track Order
You can store up to 20 tracks in a desired sequence (99 tracks for MP3 discs).
1. While in CD stop mode, press the MEM/P-MODE button. “T-000” will be ashing and “P01”
shown in the display.
Using the Skip/Search Backward / Skip/Search Forward buttons, select the track to be
played rst in the sequence.
If the CD contains folders, “F-000” will be shown rst. Select the desired folder by pressing the
10/M/FOLD- or 10/M/FOLD+ button. Press the MEM/P-MODE button and then select the desired
track.
2. Press the MEM/P-MODE button again. “P02” will be shown in the display.
3. Repeat steps 2 - 3 to select up to 20 tracks for your sequence.
4. Press the Play/Pause button to start the playback of your sequence. “MEM” will be shown in
the display.
5. Fast Forward, Fast Rewind, Skipping Tracks, Repeat Modes and Intro function can be used as
described above (random playback is not available during programmed play).
6. To stop playback, press the ■ Stop button. To delete your sequence press this button a second
time.
USB
Playing MP3 les from USB
1. Switch the unit on and select the USB mode by pressing the /FUNC. button repeatedly.
2. Insert a USB stick into the USB port on the unit.
3. The USB is being read and the total number of tracks will then be shown in the display.
4. Start the playback by pressing the Play/Pause button.
5. To temporarily stop the playback (pause), press the Play/Pause button once. Press the button
again to resume playback.
6. To stop playback, press the Stop button.
