Open the carton on the side and take

out the appliance.

Your sales outlet should be informed

about any transit damage noted when

unpacking the product.

Fasten the side brushes with the 3

screws enclosed in the packet.

DANGER

Risk of explosion! Do not put tools or similar

on the battery, i.e. on the terminal poles

and cell connectors.

Risk of injury! Ensure that wounds never

come into contact with lead. Always clean

your hands after working on batteries.

Remove the lid of the battery compart-

ment.

Turn out the screw and remove the bat-

tery cover.

Insert battery in battery mount.

Pay attention to correct poles.

Attach the connection cable provided with

the pack.

Connect pole terminal (red cable) to

positive pole (+).

Connect pole terminal to negative pole

(-).

Replace the battery cover and fasten

using screw.

Replace the lid of the battery compart-

ment and lock it.

NOTICE

When removing the battery, disconnect the

negative terminal wire first.

Check that the battery poles and pole ter-

minals are adequately protected with pole

grease.

Charge the batteries before commissioning

the appliance.

DANGER

Risk of electric shock. Observe power sup-

ply net and fuse protection – see "Charger".

Use the charger in dry rooms with sufficient

ventilation only!

NOTICE

The charging time for an empty battery is

approx. 12 hours.

Risk of injury! Comply with safety regula-

tions on the handling of batteries. Observe

the directions provided by the manufacturer

of the charger.

DANGER

Risk of injury!

Do not put the charger into operation if

the mains cable is damaged. Have a

damaged mains cable immediately re-

placed by the manufacturer, the cus-

tomer service or a qualified person.

NOTICE

Normally, the machine is equipped with a

maintenance-free battery.

Insert the plug of the charger into the

socket.

NOTICE

The charger is controlled electronically and

completes the charging process automati-

cally. All functions of the device are auto-

matically interrupted during the charging

process.

The battery display shows the progress of

the charging process when the plug is in-

serted:

Insert the charging cable of the charger

in the charger box of the sweeper

Plug in mains connector and switch on

charger.

Bp Pack model:

Remove the mains cable and put it

away:

– Insert the mains plug in the appliance

hood.

– Open the battery compartment, stove

the cable with the plug next to the bat-

tery, replace the lid of the battery com-

partment and lock it in.

Bp model:

Switch off the charger and remove the

plug from the socket.

Hang out the charging cable out of the

machine.

Close the cover of the battery compart-

ment.

Remove the lid of the battery compart-

ment.

Turn out the screw and remove the bat-

tery cover.

Clamp off the minus pole of the battery.

Disconnect pole terminal to positive

pole (+).
