Programs - > HRC (individual)
The menu item “HRC (individual)” contains 3 training profiles.
You can edit the duration and the intensity of these profiles.

Selecting a training programs
You can select two different programs:
1. Training according to performance Presets
a) Manual performance input
b) Performance profiles
2. Training according to pulse Presets
a) Manual pulse input
b) Pulse profiles

Selecting a training programs by means of manual perfor-
mance input e.g. “Count Down”
By pressing “Presets” you will skip to the menu “Current
Presets”. The menu displays the Presets, which are to be ente-
red or have already been entered at the “active programs”.
Performance (manual) - > Current Presets
In this menu, you can view, change or maintain the Presets for
the active programs.
Display:
Current Presets
The Presets are the values, which the active user “Thomas”
entered beforehand under Presets - > Training values and
pulse Presets:
Energy consumption: = 800 kJoule
Training time = 30 min
Distance = 7.50 km
Maximum pulse (selected) = 170 bpm
Alarm at exceeding the maximum pulse = on
Target pulse monitoring = on
Fitness (75%) = active
By pressing “Train” you will adopt the values and settings
and you skip to the view “Training stand-by”.
