res. With a cross ergometer it is 200 metres.

• The values have been adopted from the current default set-
tings of the programme.
The performance profile can be increased or decreased
by 50 Watt by means of the navigation keys or by 5 Watt
by means of the - / + keys during training stand-by or trai-
ning.

By pressing “Default Settings”, you will skip to the menu
“Current Default Settings” and the default settings, which are
to be entered or which have already been entered at the
“active” programme are displayed.

The value 128 is selected as pulse default setting for the trai-
ning by selecting Fitness (75%) actively as target pulse.
By pressing “Train” the values and settings are adopted and
you skip to the view “Train stand-by”.
