Changing over profiles from time to distance
Before starting the training
• Press “Plus” or “Minus”.
Display: 45 minutes or distance 9.00 km
Adjustment of the profiles
In standstill it is also possible to select one profile only, either only one inclination
or only one speed profile. Lower the inclination to 1 % with “Minus”; then to
“–”, no inclination profile any more; now training takes place only speed-depen-
dent. Lower the speed to 1.0 with “Minus” SPEED; then to “–”, no speed profile
any more; now training takes place only inclination-dependent. In standstill and
with the belt running it is possible to change the profile heights.
• "Plus" increases the incline up to a maximum of 12%.
• "Minus" reduces the inclination down to 1 %.
• "Plus" increases the speed up to a maximum of 16 km/h.
• "Minus" reduces the speed down to 1 km/h.
2. Training with pre-set pulse-rates
a) Manual pre-set pulse-rates
(PROGRAM) “HRC Count Up”
• Press “PROGRAM” 10x: display “HRC 1”
• Press "SET": Pre-sets’ zone Determine target pulse-rate, and/or
• Press "Plus" or "Minus" to determine the maximum admissible value (MAX)
for incline and speed.
(–) without incline regulation: the incline can be set manually during regu-
lation.
• Start the belt running with the START/STOP-key, values count upwards.
Speed and incline are increased automatically until target pulse-rate is rea-
ched (e.g. 130)
PROGRAM) “HRC Count Down”
• Press “PROGRAM” 11x: display “HRC 2”
• Press set "SET": Pre-sets’ zone Determine target pulse-rate,
The inputs and adjustment possibilities correspond to those of the program
“Count Down”.
and/or
• Press "Plus" or "Minus" to determine the maximum admissible value (MAX)
for incline and speed.
• Start the belt running with the START/STOP–key,
Speed and incline are increased automatically until target pulse-rate is
reached (e.g. 130)
Remark
In the case of HRC-programs, a reduction of incline and speed in training is only
possible with the pertinent “Minus” key.
