UNPACKING
Remove the equipment from the cardboard box and from the
polystyrene shells.
After removing the equipment from the box check that it is intact;
if something is wrong DO NOT operate the equipment and
contact the retailer.
Wearing protective gloves, lift the equipment using a suitable
tool or with the help of two people and place where it is going to
be installed.
Carefully remove the protective PVC film from all sides. Any
adhesive residue should be carefully removed with a soft cloth and
a neutral cleaner. Do not use stainless steel scouring pads,
scrapers or abrasive, acid or other harsh substances, which could
permanently damage the stainless steel surfaces.
Environmental considerations: all components of the package
must be disposed of in compliance with the laws in force in the
country where the equipment is used. Do not dispose of the
package in the environment under any circumstances.
Caution! This packaging is potentially dangerous for children and
animals. Make sure they do not play with the packaging.
BASIC SAFETY RULES
The user shall be liable in the case of non-compliance with the
instructions contained herein.
Following are some of the basic safety rules to be followed during
installation:
• do not touch the equipment with bare, wet or damp
hands/feet or without suitable protective gloves or shoes)
• do not insert screwdrivers, kitchen utensils or other tools
between the guards and moving parts
• carry out maintenance operations only after having
disconnected the equipment from the power supply (do
not disconnect the equipment by pulling the power cable).
