Using the appliance

Operation

Initial switch-on

When the oven is connected to the power supply for the

rst time, a beep sounds and the display shows „12.30“

with the dot ashing (time setting mode).

To be able to use the oven, you must rst set the current

time of day.

Setting the time of day

To set the time, the oven must be in the time setting mode,

which is activated automatically aer connection to the pow-

er supply. For manual activation, press and hold the and keys

and for more than 3 seconds.

• Use the and keys to set the current hour.

• Now press to conrm.

• Use the and keys again to set the current minute.

• Conrm the setting with the key.

Use of the oven

Note: We recommend that you rst run the oven at 200

degrees for 30 minutes to remove residues (See chapter of

turning on the the appliance).

• In standby mode, press and hold the key for more

than 3 seconds to activate manual mode. The icon is

displayed (cooking process does not start yet).

• Use the function selector knob to set the desired heating

mode and the temperature selector knob to set the desired

oven temperature. The cooking process is started.

• With the

key you can set the time mode.

• If you select an automatic mode (duration / end of

cooking time / fully automatic), the oven switches to

standby mode automatically when the cooking process

is complete.

• If you use the manual mode or the alarm function ,

the selector knobs must be turned to zero position to

stop the cooking process. To put the appliance in standby

mode, press and hold the and keys for more than

3 seconds.

Time modes

• Select the desired time mode by pressing the key

several times if necessary.

The sequence is as follows:

• Manual mode

• Alarm function

• Cooking duration (dur); semi-automatic

• End of cooking time (End); halbautomatisch

• alternatively, if a cooking duration (dur) has been set:

Cooking duration + End of cooking time (dur + End);

fully automatic

Manual mode

The cooking time must be monitored by yourself.

• Select the manual mode by pressing the key .

The current time and the icon are displayed.

• Set the desired heating mode and temperature with the

appropriate knobs.

The cooking process then starts immediately.

Note: To make sure that you have not forgotten to switch

o the oven, the display starts ashing aer 5 hours as a

warning and aer 10 hours the oven automatically switches

to standby mode.

• If the display is ashing, press either any key to continue

the cooking process, or press and hold the and keys

for more than 3 seconds to switch to standby mode.

Alarm function

When activated, a beep signal sounds aer a specied period

of time. The cooking process remains unaected.

• Set the desired heating mode and temperature with the

appropriate knobs.

• Use the key to set the alarm function .

• Use the and keys to set the desired time period for

the alarm countdown.

• Press the key to conrm the setting.

The continuous display of the icon indicates that the

alarm has been activated.

• When the set time has expired, a beep sounds and the

icon ashes.

• To stop the alarm, press any key for less than 3 seconds.

The icon disappears from the display.

Note that the timer has no inuence on the

cooking process, but serves only as a warning /

reminder.

Cooking duration semi-automatic mode

The appliance stops cooking automatically aer a set period

of time. The maximum cooking time that can be set is 10

hours.

• Place your food in the oven and set the desired heating

mode and temperature with the appropriate knobs.

• Press the key repeatedly until „dur“ is displayed.

• U

se the and keys to set the desired cooking duration

• Conrm the setting with the key.

• The current time and the and icons are displayed

and the cooking process starts.
