4. Operating the appliance
Switching on/o:
When switched o, only the on/o but-
ton ( ) is visible.
Press and hold it briey to switch on the
appliance.
The power display in the middle of the
key and the operating keys start to light
up (display 0 = without fan operation).
The appliance is switched on and ready
for operation.
Lighting:
When switched on, press the key to
switch the lighting on and o.
Power levels:
To start operation with fan, set one of a
total of 9 power levels with the and
keys when the appliance is switched on.
O-Timer (automatic switch-o):
During fan operation, you can activate
the o timer and set a time aer which
the appliance will automatically turn o.
To do this, press and hold the key for
3 seconds.
When the display changes to the time
setting and starts ashing, you can use
the and keys to set a time period
from 1 to 9 minutes aer which the ap-
pliance will switch o automatically.
Then press the key again or wait a few
seconds.
When the display stops ashing and the
power level is displayed, the setting is
saved and you can start the countdown
with the key.
The remaining time until automatic
switch-o appears on the display.
