surface.

5 Insert the drip tray into the appliance as described in INSERTING THE

COMPONENTS.

CAUTION: Insert the drip tray before each cooking process to collect fat and

food juices. This protects the appliance from damage from leaking food juices

and reduces the effort required to clean the device.

6 Prepare the food as described in SELECTING THE GRILL UNDERLAY and

NOTE: When cooking with hot air, less heat is needed. Set the temperature 68 ° F lower

than indicated on the food package if no recommendation for hot air cooking is given.

Setting the temperature

The adjustable temperature range is 120 - 425 ° F. Each press of the button + or —
