SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

Risk of electric shock! Do not open, dismantle or modify the device.

Current  ows inside the device. Do not disassemble, open or attempt to

repair the unit.

• Do not use the device for purposes other than those described in this operating

manual.

• Before use, check the voltage on the device badge. Only connect the device to

sockets that correspond to the voltage of the device.

• Do not leave the unit unattended during operation.

• Only use this appliance for domestic purposes. This appliance is not intended for

professional use. This equipment is not intended to be used in any manner that is

likely to be of a professional nature.

• If possible, do not use an extension cord. If you do use one, make sure that the

amperage of the connected device does not exceed the maximum amperage of the

power cord. Do not use more than one extension cord at a time.

• Do not use this unit with wet or damp hands.

• Always unplug the appliance from the wall outlet before cleaning.

• Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet when it is no longer in use. Switch off the

appliance before removing the plug from the socket.

• Do not pull the plug out of the socket by the cable, but hold it  rmly by hand when

pulling it out.

• Children 8 years of age and older, mentally, sensory and physically impaired

persons may only use the device if they have been thoroughly familiarised with

its functions and safety precautions by a supervisor responsible for them and

understand the associated risks.

• Do not connect the device to external timers or remotely controlled sockets.

• Keep the appliance away from water. If it falls into the water, immediately

unplug the appliance from the wall outlet. Only then can you safely remove the

appliance from the water. Do not use the appliance near containers with liquids,

taps, washbasins or bathtubs. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other

liquid. Do not wet the plug. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands while it is

plugged into the wall outlet. Do not use the appliance if it has accidentally become

wet or damp.

• Use of non-original accessories may result in injury to third parties or to the user

and may affect the operation of this equipment.

• Use of the product without original accessories or improperly assembled parts will

void the warranty on the product.
