Ideal for applications where "tight
space" under-eave, wall or ceiling
mounting is re q u i r ed. The CA-5T full
range loudspeaker includes every-
thing you need for fast and easy
installation. The durable UV- re s i s t a n t
all-weather enclosure includes an
internal multi-tap transformer to
simplify hookup to any system. The
C-bracket assembly attaches to the
e n c l o s u r e’s integral "center-of-gravity
balanced" threaded studs and over-
sized knobs, ensuring a positive posi-
tion-lock. Asecurity retainer allows
for wiring to a second mounting
point, guarding against
dislodging or tampering.
Designed for distributed audio appli-
cations, the compact high-fidelity sys-
tem is equally at home in outdoor or
indoor background music and paging
applications, in both commercial and
re c r eational environments. For appli-
cation flexibility, the internal multi-tap
transformer includes an easily adjust-
ed bypass switch, allowing direct full
range connection for 8 ohm operation.
E n c l o s u r e signal connections are
accomplished through a
5-way binding post.
For efficiency and re l i a b i l i t y, the
CA-5T consist of a high power 5.25"
w e a t h e r- r esistant woofer and a 1"
polymer diaphragm compre s s i o n
driver on a molded Tractrix Horn. A
unique feature of the 90º x 60º horn
assembly is its ability to be re p o s i -
tioned 90º, providing selectable
pattern contro l .
Power handling and performance
e f ficiency are superb at 7 5 watts
continuous and 9 4dB sensitivity,
with a maximum output of 1 0 9d B .
The paintable ABS enclosure is avail-
able in black or white finishes, and fea-
t u r es all stainless steel hard w a r e and
a removable aluminum powder-
coated grille for years of maintenance-
f r ee duty, no matter the climate
or enviro n m e n t .
