Getting Help
If you have questions on how to use your Kobo Arc 7HD, use the Help feature to find
your answer. The Help feature lets you ask a question using natural language, as if you
were talking to a real person. For example, you could type, “How do I charge my Kobo
Arc 7HD?”
Note: You need a Wi Fi connection to use Help.
To use Help:
1. Tap the Home icon on your Kobo Arc 7HD.
2. Tap the All Apps icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap the Help icon.
4. Enter your question in the Ask box.
