USE

Place the bowl (B) on the motor unit (A) and lock it by turning it anticlockwise (Fig. 1).

First remove the plastic cover and then t the blade (C) or emulsifying disc (F). Caution, the blades

are extremely sharp.

 To assemble the emulsifying disc: the emulsifying disc is supplied in two parts (axis + disc).

Before using this accessory, t the axis onto the disc (Fig. 2). After this operation, the

accessory can no longer be disassembled.

 Add the ingredients (Fig. 3).

 Do not go over the «max.» level shown on the bowl (400ml).

 Fit the lid (E) equipped with the seal (D) and lock it by turning it anticlockwise (Fig. 4).

 Press the lid (E) to start up (Fig. 5).

 Do not run the appliance empty.

 The bowl, without blade and lid, can be used in the microwave oven providing that the food

does not contain any fat.

Shallots cut into 2 cm x 2 cm 300 g 10 pulses

Parsley (washed and dried thoroughly) 30 g 10 pulses

Walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds 50 g 10 secs

Chocolate (broken into squares) 100 g 15 secs

Soft raw ham (cut into 2 cm) 250 g 15 pulses

INSTRUCTION OF USE

 The manufacturer shall not accept any liability in the event of any use that does not comply with

the instructions.

 Always place the appliance on a at, stable, work surface away from water splashes.

 Do not leave the appliance unattended whilst in operation.

 Never let long hair, scarves or ties dangle over attachments during operation.

 Never operate the appliance while empty.

 Never unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord.

 The power cord must never be left near or in contact with the hot parts of your appliance, near a

source of heat or on a sharp edge.

 For your own safety, only use accessories and spare parts suitable for your appliance.
