Apple Topping
1. In a 5-quart or larger pressure cooker, add all
ingredients. Allow liquid to begin simmering.
2. Close lid and bring pressure to second red
ring over high heat. Adjust heat to stabilize
pressure at second red ring. Cook for 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat and use Natural Release
Method, see page 10.
4. Remove cinnamon sticks and serve over ice
cream or as a filling for crepes.
