Moving labels
You can modify the position of a label in the file as follows:
• Click on the label identification with the left mouse
button and keep the button pressed.
• Drag the mouse to the desired location, remaining on
the identification zone and without releasing the button.
A grey line shows the location to which the label will be
moved.
• Release the mouse button to move the label.
Selecting labels
You can modify the label selection as follows:
• To select a single label, simply click on the identification
zone with the left mouse button.
• To select a group of consecutive labels, select the first
label in the group normally then hold down the Shift key
and select the last one
• You can also toggle whether or not a label is selected
(i.e. select a label which is not currently selected or
deselect a label which is selected). This is done by
holding down the Ctrl key while selecting.
• The Select all option in the context-sensitive menu or
the Edit menu also lets you select all labels in the file at
once. You can also achieve this by clicking on the grey
identification area at the top left of the data entry form.
