Este Ventilador puede hacerse funcionar mediante
los controles manuales ubicados en la parte superior
de la unidad (como se muestra en la F i g u r a 1 ) o c o n e l
Control Remoto (se indica en la Figura 2).
1. Cuidadosamente retire el Ventilador de la bolsa
plástica y la caja.
2. Coloque el ventilador sobre una superficie firme
y nivelada.
ADVERTENCIA: Los tacos de plástico o hule, tales
como las patas de esta unidad, pueden pegarse a la
superficie de los muebles. La unidad podría dejar un
residuo capaz de oscur ecer , manchar o dejar marcas
permanentes en el acabado de ciertas superficies de
muebles, incluyendo superficies y pisos de madera.
3. Conecte el cable eléctrico a un tomacorriente de
120 voltios.
4. Encienda el V entilador oprimiendo el Botón de Encendido
() en la unidad o en el control r emoto. La primera vez
que la unidad sea encendida, se encontrará en la posición
de alta velocidad.
5. VELOCIDADES: Ajuste la velocidad del ventilador
oprimiendo el Botón de V elocidad ( ) después de haber
encendido la unidad. Cada vez que se oprima el botón
de velocidad, cambiará la velocidad, de Alta a Media a
Baja.
6. BASE OSCILACIÓN: Con el V entilador encendido, oprima
el Botón de Oscilación ( ) para activar y desactivar la
función de oscilación. La función de oscilación puede
utilizarse con cualquier modo de velocidad y/o de
temporizador .
FUNCIONAMIENTO
Debido a la alta velocidad del aire generado por este V entilador , es normal escuchar el
sonido del aire. Para obtener un funcionamiento más silencioso, utilice baja velocidad.
CONTROL REMOTO (Figura 2)
T odas las funciones realizadas con el Control Remoto
funcionan idénticamente a los controles manuales.
1. Instale dos baterías “AAA” (no suministró) .
2. No mezcle baterías viejas y nuevas. No mezcle baterías
alcalinas, estándar (carbono-cinc) o recargables
(níquel-cadmio).

7. P ARRILLA OSCILACIÓN: Con el ventilador encendido,
pulse el botón de oscilación Grill ( ) para iniciar y
detener la función de oscilación. La función de oscilación
se puede utilizar en cualquier velocidad y / o el modo de
temporizador .
8. TEMPORIZADOR: Este ventilador está equipado con un
t e m p o r i z a do r . El t em po rizador puede ser pr ogramado
1 hora a 7 horas. Continúe oprimiendo el Botón
T emporizador ( ) para lograr el tiempo de programación
de se a d o. P a r a cancelar el temporizador , pr esione el
b ot ón de l te mp or izador hasta que se apague la luz.
9. Para AP AGAR el V entilador , oprima el Botón de Encendido/
Apagado ( ) y desenchufe la unidad del tomacorriente.

condition should be replaced by a qualified electrician.
AL WA YS unplug the power cord when servicing, cleaning or moving the Fan. DO NOT use the ON/OFF switch as the sole
means of disconnecting power . NEVER leave children unattended when the Fan is on or plugged in. AL WA YS turn off and
unplug the Fan when not in use.
BE CERT AIN that the power source for the Fan is 120V AC. DO NOT plug the Fan into 240V or other power source.
The Blue Plug™ on your Lasko fan is a safety feature. It contains a non-r eplaceable safety device (fuse) that should not be
removed or tamper ed with. T o reduce the risk of fir e, electric shock and personal injury , DO NOT attempt to remove, r eplace,
repair or tamper with the originally supplied plug. If the Fan has stopped functioning, it may be due to the safety device incor -
porated in this plug. Call 800-233-0268, Monday - Friday , between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Easter n for questions. If the plug
warning label is missing or damaged, call the toll free number for a replacement label.
THIS F AN HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the other). This plug is designed to fit into the outlet only one
way . Match the wide blade to wide slot in outlet and FULL Y INSERT . DO NOT attempt to bypass or defeat this safety feature.
If the plug does not fit in the outlet, consult a qualified electrician. The outlet may need to be replaced.
