∫ Switching the displayed image while maintaining a magnification setting
You can switch the displayed image while maintaining the same magnification and
position.
Rotate the setting wheel to select an other picture while a magnification is set.
•
The position of the magnified section returns to the center in the following cases.
– Images with different aspect ratios
– Images with different resolutions
– Images with a different rotation direction (when [ROTATE DISP.] is set to [ON])
∫ Enlarging the focus point (display focus point)
The camera will remember the focus point during the recording, and can enlarge the
image with that point as the center.
Press [FOCUS] during image playback.
•
The focus point may not be the center of enlargement when it is at the edge of the image.
• The setting will return to the original enlargement if [FOCUS] is pressed again.
• Following pictures cannot be enlarged because there is no focus point:
– Pictures that were taken without focusing
– Pictures that were taken with Manual Focus
– Pictures that were taken with a different camera
Using the Playback Zoom
Rotate the zoom lever towards [T].

•
When you rotate the zoom lever towards [W] after enlarging
the picture, the magnification becomes lower.
• When you change the magnification, the zoom position
indication A appears for about 1 second, and the position of
the enlarged section can be moved by pressing 3/4/2/1.
• The more a picture is enlarged, the more its quality
deteriorates.
• The zoom/focus rocker cannot be used for Playback Zoom.
