No power
● Ensure that the unit is switched on and the battery is fully charged.
No sound output
● Turn up the volume.
Disc in place but the unit won’t play
● Ensure that the disc label is facing up.
● Ensure that the disc is clean.
● PAUSE mode may be activated, deactivate it.
● Disc may be damaged or dirty; check and clean the disc.
DAB+/FM reception
● Ensure the earphone (antenna) wire is fully extended.
● Electrical interference in your home can cause poor reception. Move the unit away from them (especially
those with motors and transformers).
Sound interference coming from the earphone
● Move any wireless devices (mobile phone, bluetooth device etc.) away from the unit.
