Smart Diagnosis
Smart Diagnosis allows users to conveniently
check maintenance information of a product.
- Easily checking operational status of the air
conditioner.
- Easily understanding the error messages.
- Helping to improve device performance and
expand product life.
1 Search and download “LG A/C Smart Diag-
nosis” in Google play or App store.
2 Click the “Receive” button on the main
screen on your phone.
3 Press the M of wireless remote control
simultaneously for 5 seconds aim at the in-
door unit.
4 Hold your phone close to the indoor unit.
Buzzer beeps will be received by your
phone.
5 Confirm the received information on your
phone.
NOTE
!
Be sure to keep ambient noise to a mini-
mum or the phone may not correctly re-
ceive the buzzer beeps from the indoor
unit.
