Defect Cause Remedy
The temperature is
not cold enough
→This means that the door of the
appliance is not closed properly
uClose the appliance door
→ Insufficient ventilation uClear and clean the ventilation grille.
→The ambient temperature is too
high
uSolution: (see 1.4 Range of appliance use) .
→The appliance was opened too
frequently or for too long
uWait to see whether the required temperature resets
itself by itself. If not, contact Customer Service
(see 9.4 Customer service) .
→Too much fresh food was placed
inside without SuperFrost.

→ The temperature is incorrectly set uSet to a colder temperature and check after 24 hours.
→The appliance is too near to a heat
source (stove, heater etc).

The door seal is
defective or should
be replaced for

→The door seal is interchangeable.
You can replace it without the use
of any special tools.

→The door seal may have slipped out
of its groove.

The water flow at

is irregular.*
