uClose the door.

This message appears if there is a fault with the appliance.

An appliance component indicates a fault.

uOpen the door.

uNote down the fault code.

uConfirm the message.

wThe signal tone stops.

wThe status display appears.

uClose the door.

uContact customer service. (see 9.4 Customer Services)

6.4.2 DemoMode

If “D” appears on the display, demo mode is on. This option

is designed for retailers, as it turns off all the cooling func‐

tions.

Stopping DemoMode

If you see the following running in the display:

uConfirm the display within the countdown.

wDemoMode is off.

If the timer is not running:

uUnplug the appliance.

uPlug the appliance in again.

wDemoMode is off.

7 Features

7.1 4-star freezer compartment*

7.1.1 Opening/closing the freezer compartment

Opening the freezer compartment:

uReach into the handle area from below.

uPush the handle plate while pulling the door towards you.

Closing the freezer compartment:

uClose the door while pushing from the front.

wDoor is engaged.

7.2 Door rack

7.2.1 Move/remove the door rack

uSlide the rack upwards.

uPull forwards.

uRe-insert it in reverse order.

You can use just one or both VarioBoxes. To store oversized

bottles, just suspend one box over the bottle rack.

Move the VarioBox shelf:

uPull it up and out.

uPut it back in at any position.

wIn front of 4-star freezer: Optimum air flow in the appli‐

ance is no longer guaranteed. Condensate may form on

the freezer compartment.*

Note

Liebherr recommends the following:*

uPut the VarioBox shelf in its default position, anywhere

below the 4-star freezer. This will provide the best air

flow in the fridge section.*

Moving the VarioBoxes:

uRemove containers.
