your hands. After measurement the screen will display Body Fat %, BMI and BMR.
(Body Fat % and BMI will switch display to each other in every 4 seconds)
Mountain Program
Press the PROGRAM key to select Mountain Program. Press the MODE key to confirm
and the text window will display “SELECT LEVEL” for 3 seconds. There are 3 levels
(L1, L2, L3) to select, using the UP or DOWN key to select the desired level then press the
MODE key to confirm.
Setting Parameters for Mountain Program
Press the MODE key to select TIME, DISTANCE, KILOJOULE, or PULSE for target
pre-setting. Then press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the values.
Start pedaling to start workout, the resistance load can not be adjusted by pressing the UP or
DOWN key during workout.
If you pre-set target values of TIME, DISTANCE, or KILOJOULE, the values will count down.
When one of the values of TIME, DISTANCE, or KILOJOULE counts down to 0, the
computer will begin beeping to remind you.
If the heart rate detected greater than the target heart rate, the value of heart rate will keep
flashing. Please note that it is a warning for user to slow down or to lower the level of
loading.
