Using the Call Records
5. To view the details of an entry, select OPTIONS.
6. To copy to the shared phonebook, select TO SHARED. To copy to the private phonebook, select TO PRIVATE.
7. Select OK.
8. If you wish, edit the name and number.
If you are copying to the private phonebook, press down and change the melody, if you wish. Use this feature
if you want a specific melody to ring when an incoming call matches the number of this entry.
9. Select SAVE.
Deleting a Call Records Entry
1. Press the Calls or Speakerphone key.
2. Select MISSED, DIALED, or RECEIVED.
3. Select OK.
4. A list of call records is displayed. Press up or down on the navigation pad.
5. To view the details of an entry, select OPTIONS.
6. Select DELETE.
7. Select OK.
8. Select OK to confirm.
