Initial useSafety / Preparation / Prior to installation / Initial use
Avoid battery fluid coming into contact with the
skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In the event
of contact, immediately rinse the affected area
with plenty of clear water and seek immediate
medical attention.
Preparation
Required tools and material
The tools and materials specified are not included.
This information and these values are non-binding
and are only provided as a reference. The nature
of the material is determined by the individual local
conditions.
– Pencil / marking tool
– Voltage tester
– Screwdriver
– Electric drill
– Drill bit (approx. Ø 6 mm)
– Hammer
– Side cutter
– Ladder
Prior to installation
Important: The electrical connection must be per-
formed by a trained electrician or a person instructed
in electrical installation. This person must be familiar
with the properties of the light and connection reg-
ulations.
Do not remove the decals on the light (marking A,
B, C, etc.) used as an installation guide, after com-
pleting installation.
Familiarise yourself with all the instructions and
illustrations in this manual, as well as with the
light itself, before installing it.
Prior to installation, verify the circuit to which the
light will be connected is not energised. To do s
o,
remove the fuse or switch off the circuit breaker
in the fuse box (0 position).
Use the voltage tester to verify the de-ener-
gised status.
Initial use
Mounting / installing the light

ATTENTION! Do not remove the decals on the

(marking A, B, C, etc.) used as an installa-
tion guide, after completing installation.
The LED ceiling light

is constructed as a
sealed system, thus fully assembled. Do not
open the LED ceiling light

for installation.
Prior to installation, verify the circuit to which
the light will be connected is not energised. To
do so, remove the fuse or switch off the circuit
breaker in the fuse box (0 position).
Centre the unprinted side of the mounting tem-
plate

over the mains connection cable

and determine the position of your LED ceiling
light

on the ceiling. Be sure the logo for the
terminal block

is located near the exit for the
mains cable

. The mains cable

should
ideally be at least 15 cm long.
Mark the three bores (1, 2, 3)

using the
mounting template

and apply the included
decals (A, B, C)

to the ceiling congruent
with the recess on the side edge (A, B, C) of the
mounting template

. You may now remove
the mounting template

Drill the holes (1, 2, 3). Be sure not to damage
the supply line.
Insert the wall plugs

into the bores. If neces-
sary, use a hammer.
Screw the included screws

into the wall
plugs

so they still protrude approx. 8 mm
from the ceiling.
Insert the three building wires in the terminal
block

of the LED ceiling light

as indicated
by the colours and screw down.
Note: Be sure to connect the individual wires
of the mains cable (external)

live wire, black or brown = symbol L,
neutral wire, blue = symbol N,
earth wire, green-yellow = symbol
After wiring to the building wiring, align the LED
ceiling light

  • Meine LIVARNO LUX® LED-Deckenleuchte mit Bluetooth®-Lautsprecher hat vorhin nach über 1 Jahr plötzlich minutenlang Piepsgeräusche gemacht. Ich könnte es nicht abstellen. Hörte irgendwann von alleine auf. Hat jemand eine Ahnung was die Lampe für ein Problem hat??? Eingereicht am 13-2-2019 22:07
