Arranging the
individual stones
Once you have prepared the
stones you can distribute them
over your body.
You can do this in any order
you wish and for as long as
you wish. Proceed carefully at
first and try out different
combinations.
Cold stones also have a relax-
ing effect. First place a warm
stone on a Meridian point
and then a cold one in the
same place. This can have a
really positive effect on the
energy flow in the body.
Effective points for
the best arrangement
of the stones.
Finger and toe stones
These eight stones are intended for placing on fingers and toes. Spread the
fingers or the toes. Wedge the stones between the individual fingers or toes.
Lie down comfortably on your back to do this. This application can also be used
well in combination with others. For instance, place one stone between both foot
bones of the large and the second toe and massage this point.
Body stones
These six stones are intended for using on certain parts of the body, such as the
neck, shoulders, spine, face etc. They can help to alleviate tension in these areas.
Examples:
Lie down on your stomach, relax and place the warm body stones along the
spine. Leave them there until they become cold. This is ideal as preparation for a
massage, then a friend can remove the stones and continue your wellness
routine with a massage. However, you could always replace the warm stones on
the back or at the same time have someone massage you with the large stone in
certain points.
Lie down on your back, relax and place the body stones on the upper part of your
body. Place the stones in a row. Close your eyes, feel the energy from the stone
and enjoy the warming power of nature. This application has a balancing and
calming effect and relieves tension.
