USE
1. Place the motor unit (3) on a flat
surface and make sure it is standing
firmly.
2. Place the bowl (2) on the motor unit
and ensure that it is positioned cor-
rectly.
3. Insert the peeling blade (5) into the
bowl so that it is on the motor axle.
4. Pour cold water into the bowl. The
water must not go above the edge of
the peeling blade.
5. Fill the bowl with potatoes. The pota-
toes should lie in a layer with suitable
gaps and they must be of the same
size and shape. The appliance can
peel around 1 kg potatoes (approx.
12-15 potatoes) at a time.
6. Place the lid (1) on the bowl (2). The
arrow on the lid must be lined up with
the mark on the bowl. Turn the lid to
lock it into position.
7. Plug in. Switch on the appliance us-
ing the on/off button (4). Switch the
appliance off after no more than 1½
minutes.
8. Remove the lid and take the potatoes
out. Rinse the potatoes and assess
whether they are sufficiently peeled.
If not, peel them some more. Re-
member to allow the appliance to cool
down between peelings.
9. Once the potatoes are sufficiently
peeled, remove them from the bowl
and rinse them. Remove any eyes,
etc. from the potatoes with a peeler.
Note! If the potatoes are not sufficiently
peeled, it may be because:
- There are too many potatoes in the
bowl so that they are too close or in
several layers.
- The potatoes are too big.
- The potatoes are not the same shape
and size.
- You have not peeled them for long
enough.
