To enlarge the map: turn the controller coun-

ter-clockwise.

To zoom the map out: turn the controller

clockwise.

To select a destination: press the controller.

If several destinations are available in the

area around the crosshair, these are dis-

played. The list may show the Menu

item.

Press the controller to show the menu.

To select a destination from the selection list:

turn and press the controller.

If the digital map provides navigable address

data, you will see the destination address in

the address entry menu.

To start route calculation: select Start .

Entering intermediate destinations

Introduction

You can also map the route to the destination

yourself by entering up to four intermediate des-

tinations. The sequence of the intermediate des-

tinations can be changed at any time.

The multimedia system provides a selection of

eight predefined POI categories, e.g. Restau‐

rants for a quick selection. You can also use the

destination entry options to enter intermediate

destinations.

Creating intermediate destinations

To switch to navigation mode: press the

Ø button.

To show the menu: slide 6 the controller.

To select Destination: turn and press the

controller.

Select Intermediate Destinations.

To select a POI category or Other : turn and

press the controller.

After selecting one of the eight POI catego-

ries, available POIs are displayed:

along the route

in the vicinity

The multimedia system first searches for des-

tinations on the route. The search for desti-

nations is then initiated in the area around the

current vehicle position.

After selecting Other, select one of the des-

tination entry options.
