1. I have recently changed my phone number; how come I can’t log into my Mercku App?
If your Mercku account has been associated with your phone number, you can unbind your
router by factory resetting the M2 (Queen), or manually unbinding it. Please see section 4.5 for
instructions on how to unbind your router.
2. Does the M2 (Queen) support IPv6?
No, the M2 (Queen) does not support IPv6 or IPoE at this time.
3. What should I do if I get Invalid Code 100200 after failing to set up my Guest Wi-Fi?
Please factory reset your M2 (Queen) and set up your guest wi-fi again.
4. My M2 (Queen)’s LED indicator keeps flashing green and red, what should I do?
Your M2 (Queen) may be flashing green and red because the reset button was pressed while
it was rebooting. To make your M2 (Queen) stop flashing, unplug your device and plug it back
in.
5. Why can’t I access my Mercku Portal?
Please ensure that you are connected to your Mercku Wi-Fi network to access the Mercku
Portal.
6. What do the LED indicator lights on the devices mean?
Please see Chapter 1.4 for details on what Mercku device LED’s mean.
7. I have accidentally blacklisted a device that I didn’t mean to blacklist, how to I remove it from
the list?
Using the Mercku App:
1. Open the Mercku App on your mobile device
2. Select

Blacklist
> Select the device(s) you would like to remove from the list >
Click
Delete
Using the Mercku Portal:
1. Visit http://mywifi.mercku.tech, and log in using your Router Admin Password
2. Select
Settings
>
Blacklist
> Select device(s) you would like to remove from the list >
Delete All
