The camera can be permanently damaged if used with the Wireless
Controller IR-1N.
WIRELESS CONTROLLER IR-1N
This camera is compatible with the High Speed Sync. (HSS)
function in the Program/Maxxum Flash 5600HS (D), 5400HS, and
3600HS (D). This allows the camera to use its full range of shutter
speeds up to 1/2000 second.
HIGH SPEED SYNC. (HSS)
Attach a compatible flash unit to the
camera. Set the flash unit to HSS.
When the shutter speed exceeds 1/90
second, the High Speed Sync.
indicator (H) is displayed on the data
panel and in the viewfinder.
