When using the Mobeye SIM card:
The Mobeye SIM card is PIN code secured and will only work in a Mobeye
device. Please do not place it in another device.
When using your own SIM card:
An own SIM card has a “micro” format, is suitable for the 2G network and
can make calls and send text messages. The PIN code is "0000", or the SIM
card is PIN code free.
(A PIN code can be changed or removed by putting the SIM card in to any mobile
phone and entering the 'security' menu.)
Note: make sure that the power supply is removed when inserting or
changing the SIM card. The settings are stored in the device memory.
3.2 CONNECT THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Plug the temperature sensor into the
socket on the PCB (sensor 1) and press it
firmly. Then insert the sensor head
through the swivel to outside. It is
possible to bring out the sensor head
only partly, or the entire sensor with a
part of the cable, depending on the
application. Close the swivel by turning it
a bit, just enough to reduce the tensile strength and make it waterproof. Do
not close it too tight in order to avoid damage to the sensor cable! A
second sensor can be connected similarly.
3.3 INSERT THE BATTERIES
Insert the two batteries (CR123) in the module. Use the +/- indication for
the correct placement. If you replace the batteries the settings will not be
deleted, since they are stored in the device memory.
3.4 CONNECT AN EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY (OPTIONALLY)
Although the CML4275 is designed to run on batteries, it is possible to use
an external power supply. In this mode the module is always connected
with the mobile network and therefore always in program mode. When the
power fails, the batteries take over and a power failure alarm message is
