Useful tips for best results:
Pulsing produces better results. Remove any food stuck to the sides of the bowl
(ham, onions etc.) using the spatula. Spread around the bowl and pulse again 2 or
3 times. The measurements on the bowl take into account the volume calculated
without the blade(s) fitted; they are only given for information purposes.
Milkshake function (milkshake accessory (D) + lower blade (G))
• Take the milkshake accessory (D) and fit it to the lower blade spindle (G) (Fig. 5).
• Place the lower blade (G) fitted with the milkshake accessory (D) on the bowl
spindle (I) (fig. 5), pour in the ingredients without exceeding the maximum level
and fit the seal lid (C) (fig. 6).
• Place the motor unit (B) on the top by turning slightly to correctly position it on
the bowl (H) (fig. 7).
• Plug in the appliance and press the On/Off button (A), holding the appliance by
the bowl (H) so that it does not turn. You may select either a low speed (A1) or
a higher speed (A2 Turbo).
• At the end of preparation, release the On/Off button (A1 or A2 Turbo), unplug
the appliance and wait until the blades come to a complete stop (D + G).
• Remove the motor unit (B), the seal lid (C) and the blade fitted with the
milkshake accessory (D + G) to pour out the preparation.
• Remember to remove the milkshake accessory (D) to return to the chop or blend
functions.
Caution:
Your appliance has a dual safety system: the appliance will not operate if the seal
lid is not in place (C). Check that the bowl (H) and the motor unit (B) are placed
correctly, otherwise your appliance will not operate.
For liquid preparations, do not exceed the maximum level (0.8L) indicated on
the bowl (H) and the time for use which is 30 seconds maximum. Use either
the lower chopping blade (G) alone or together with the double-blade knives
(lower chopping blade G + upper chopping blade E or F).
Use either the lower chopping blade (G) alone or together with the upper
chopping blades (E, F, G) for better results.
Pancake mix: (makes up to 0.8 L)
Add 160 g plain flour, 3 eggs, 400 ml milk, 1 1/2 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt to the
bowl (H). Blend for approximately 15 to 20 seconds to obtain a smooth batter.

Mix 5 g fresh yeast with a little warm water. Pour into the bowl (H) with 200 g
plain flour, 3 eggs, 320 ml milk, 100 g softened butter and 2 tbsp vanilla sugar.

• Fit the 2 upper blades (E & F) over the lower blade (G) already in place in the bowl (Fig.
1).
Note: If you want to use only the lower blade, skip this step.
• Add the ingredients without exceeding the maximum quantities in the table of ingredients
below (Fig. 2):
• Cut larger pieces into cubes around 1-1.5 cm or as needed to fit easily into the blending
bowl.
• Remember that chopping hard foods such as coffee beans, spices, ice cubes or ice will
wear the blades faster.
• Now put on the seal lid (C) (Fig. 2).
• Place the motor unit (B) on the top by turning slightly to correctly position it on the bowl
(H) (Fig. 3).
• Plug in the appliance and press the On/Off button (A), while at the same time holding the
