- Processor bowl (B) and accessories and
citrus press (G)

SSEMBLING
THE
ACCESSORIES
- Place the bowl/drive (B3) on to the motor
unit (A). Turn it using the handle until it locks
into position.
- Place the drive (G3) on to the bowl drive (B4)
- Fit the filter basket (G2) by turning it until it
locks into place. The peg on the filter basket
must engage in the lid locking slot (A1)
- Fit the cone (G1) into the hole in the filter
basket.

- Place half a citrus fruit on to the cone (G1)
- Set the speed to «1» (A2) and press the
switch (A4) to start the machine.
You can press up to 1l of juice without
emptying the bowl.

Depending on the food the «
MAXIPRESS» (H)
can deal with up to 1kg of cooked vegetabes
or 500g fruit (stoned).

- Take pallet (H1)
- Place the required extractor disk on the pallet
(H1) then position the nut (H3) in the centre
and press down until it clicks into locked po-
sition.
- Position the spindle (C) on the bowl drive
(B4)
- Slide the extractor disk / pallet unit on to the
bowl spindle (C) and turn the assembled unit
until locked in position.
- Position the lip of the crown (H4) in the holes
of the extractor disk (H2) then lock.

- Position the bowl on the motor unit. Turn,
using the handle, until locked in position.
- Place the lid (B2) on the bowl, then turn until
locked in position (you will hear a click). The
lip of the lid fits into the lid locking slot (A1).

- Put in the food cut into chunks.
- Set the speed to «1» (A2) press the button
(A4) to start. For greater control use the
pulse button (A3).
With these disks you can prepare:
. Large holes - pureees (up to 1kg of cooked
fruit or vegetables): potatoes, carrots,
cauliflower, apricots, peaches.
. Medium holes - fruit coulis (up to 500g)
strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries,
cherries (according to model)

EXTRACTOR
- If you want to extract juice from raw apples
or pears add to the small hole disk of the
maxipress (H) the disk stand (E1) fitted with
the extra fine grating disk (H5).
- Set the speed to «1» (A2) and turn the button
(A4) to start
You can process up to 500g of fruit.

- Holding the handle of the bowl, unlock the
crown (H4) of the extractor disk (H2) and
leave it in place.
- Remove the extractor disk / pallet / crown
unit
- Remove the crown and rinse the unit under
a tap before disassembling.
- Take the pallet (H1) with one hand, and hold
the nut (H3) with the other
- Twist firmly to separate
Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance
- Remove the bowl by turning it clockwise
- To make cleaning easier, rinse them straight
after use
- Wash and dry the accessories (they are all
dishwasher proof)
- If the accessories have become discoloured
by food (carrots, oranges...) rub gently with
a cloth dipped in cooking oil, and then wash
as normal.
- Do not place the motor unit (A) in water or
near running water. Wipe them with a damp
cloth.
Storage
The Ovatio Food processor has:
- a storage accessory (J) which fits inside the
bowl/drive (B3). You can store the grating/
slicing disks (E2), the disk stand (E1), the
metal blade (D1) and the spindle (C).
- a cord winding facility under the motor unit
to store the mains lead and to regulate it’s
length.
