lights up for a second before the flash
fires, be careful not to move the camera
or let the subject move until the flash
fires.

“@”appears on the LCD
panel.
•The red-eye reduction mode is not
recommended when shooting fast-
moving subjects.
In flash photography, the subject’s eyes may sometimes appear bright red. To reduce the “red-eye” effect, use this mode.

Check that the green LED
lights up before shooting.

” blinks on the LCD panel, wait for

” to disappear before shooting.
•To cancel the red-eye reduction mode,
press the

button until “@”
disappears from the LCD panel.
•This operation cannot be canceled by
turning the power off.
