  • Ein ca. 10 cm langes schwarzes Teilstück mit verschiedenen Abschlussenden lag auf dem Paper im Paierschacht. Seitdem meldet das Gerät: kein Papier! Wo kann ich dieses Teil wieder anbringen? Eingereicht am 18-4-2021 14:59

  • OKI C532 - auf der Rückseite entsteht links ein ca. 3mm-dicker Längsstreifen undgefähr im Farbspektrum von gelb über blau nach rot. Der Längsstreifen hat den Charakter einer Eisenbahnschiene. Was muss getan werden, damit der verschwindet? Eingereicht am 2-3-2021 11:55
