ANOMALIE E RIMEDI

In caso di mal funzionamento dell’impianto, verificare quanto riportato nella seguente tabella.

Se, dopo le verifiche ed i controlli suggeriti non si risolve il problema, contattare l’assistenza tecnica autorizzata.

4 TROUBLESHOOTING

In case of faulty system operation, refer to the following table.

If, after making the suggested inspections and controls, the problem has not been remedied, contact the authorised after-sales service.

• Verificare se c’è tensione in rete (accendendo una

lampadina di casa, per esempio).

• Verificare che sia chiuso il sezionatore generale o

che non ne sia bruciato un fusibile (in tal caso

sostituire il fusibile). Se anzichè il sezionatore

generale c’è un magnetotermico verificare che

quest’ultimo non sia intervenuto (in caso affermati-

vo riarmarlo).

Se l’inconveniente si ripetesse immediatamente inter

pellare il Servizio d’Assistenza evitando di tentare di far

funzionare l’apparecchio.

• Se le batterie sono scariche si potrà notare

l’assenza di indicazioni a display e la mancanza del

suono di conferma della ricezione dell’apparecchio

quando si tenta di indirizzare a quest’ultimo un

comando qualsiasi. In tal caso sostituire la batterie.

• Verificare ed eventualmente rettificare l’impostazione

della temperatura sul telecomando.

• Controllarlo e pulirlo se necessario.

• Rimuovere tutto ciò che potrebbe ostacolare i

flussi d’aria.

L’apparecchio non s’accende

L’apparecchio non raffredda/non

riscalda più’ a sufficienza

• Manca l’alimentazione elettrica

• Sono esaurite le batterie del telecomando

• La temperatura impostata sul telecomando è

troppo alta o troppo bassa (nel caso

d’apparecchio a pompa di calore);

• Il filtro dell’aria sia intasato prima dell’accensione

della relativa spia di pulizia

• Esistano ostacoli per il flusso d’aria all’interno o

all’esterno

• E’ aumentato il carico termofrigorifero (per

esempio sia stata lasciata aperta una porta oppure

una finestra o sia stata installata in ambiente

un’apparecchiature che dissipa una forte quantità

di calore);

ANOMALIE POSSIBILI CAUSE RIMEDI

• Verify if there is voltage in the mains (turn on a light,

for instance).

• Make sure the master switch is closed or that a

fuse is not burned (replace, if needed). If a

thermomagnetic switch is installed instead of the

master switch, verify that the former has not tripped

(if it has tripped, it must be reset).

If the problem persists, contact the After-Sales

Service immediately, and avoid trying to make the

unit operate.

• If the batteries are discharged, the display will not

show any information, and no confirmation acoustic

signal will be heard when transmitting whatever

command to the unit. In this case replace the

batteries.

• Verify and possibly correct the temperature setting

on the remote control.

• Check it and clean it if necessary.

• Remove anything which could obstruct the air flows.

The unit does not switch on

The unit does not cool/does not heat

sufficiently anymore

• Electrical power is absent

• The batteries of the remote control are

discharged

• The temperature set on the remote control is too

high or too low (in the case the unit is with heat

pump);

• The air filter is clogged before the relevant

cleaning warning light lights up

• There are obstructions to the air flow inside or

outside

• The thermorefrigerating load has increased (for

instance, a door or window have been left open,

or equipment has been installed in the room

which sinks a large quantity of heat);
