DOCUMENTS WAITING TO BE PRINTED
The facsimile machine can even receive documents when there is no paper or ink left, if the paper has jammed
or if the machine is printing (substitute reception). The documents are stored in a specific memory location and
will be printed automatically when the facsimile machine is restored to normal operation.
This section explains how to display the reference parameters of a document waiting to be printed.
o The facsimile machine is on. The "SUBSTITUTE RX" parameter is enabled. Position the mask (right-hand
section of the console) to display the function keys.
1. Press MEM. STAT.
The display shows the first function on the menu.
2. Press

∨ three times to move on to the "Number of
documents waiting to be printed" function.
3. Press START to activate the function selected.
The display shows the first parameter which, in this
specific case, corresponds to the reference number of
the first document stored in memory, chronologically.
One of the following messages appears beside the
number: "IN RX", "WAIT" or "PRINT"
If the message "END OF LIST" appears on the display
for a few seconds when you press START, this means
that there is no document waiting to be printed. In this
case, the facsimile machine returns to the "MEMORY
STATUS" menu functions.
4. Press

∨ to select the document you require, e.g.
0003. Otherwise type the reference number directly on
the numeric keypad.
If you try to display a non-existent document, the
message "NON-EXISTENT DOCUMENT" appears on
the display for a few seconds and the facsimile machine
returns to the "MEMORY STATUS" menu functions.
If the message "END OF LIST" appears on the display
for a few seconds when you press the

key, this means
that there are no more documents waiting to be printed.
