Telephoning
Note: If you press a button when the key lock function is activated, an acous-
tic signal is issued.
Press and hold the key for approx. 2 seconds to switch the key lock func-
tion on or o.
The icon appears in the display when the key lock is activated.
Putting calls on hold / Forwarding calls
If your phone is connected within a PABX system, you can put calls on hold to
consult with people on other extensions or forward calls.
1. Press the key to put the call on hold. The line is put on hold.
2. Dial the number of the subscriber's extension you require (e.g. 22).
3. Press the key again to take the call back

Note: The R function of the key is only available for use when the handset is
in call mode.
Note: The above information could vary according to the PABX system used.

Phone book
The telephone can store up to 50 entries in the phone book with phone num-
bers and names. Store frequently used numbers in order to dial them quickly
and easily. If the phone number has been transmitted with the call, the hand-
set displays the name of the caller (if it is stored in the phone book).
Handsfree mode
Two methods are available to use the phone in Handsfree mode, namely direct
dialling or switching during a call.
Note: The current status, receiver mode (telephone) or handsfree mode
(loudspeaker) is indicated in the display.
Note: The device transmits the signals / calls very loud in Handsfree mode. It
is essential to switch Handsfree mode o before holding the handset against
your ear. This will prevent hearing damage.
Direct dialling
Enter the phone number required and then press the
and keys to
dial the number.
Switching during a call
While a call is in progress, press the key to switch to Handsfree mode.
Ending handsfree mode
If the handset is in Handsfree mode, press the key to end Handsfree
mode.
Key lock on/o
The phone keypad can be locked against use. The key lock function is intend-
ed to prevent other functions being activated inadvertently. You can still use
the key to take calls.

  • Im Display erscheint immer "Suchen", telefonieren nicht möglich. Alle Steckverbindungen kontrolliert. Sind ok. Batterie ist auch voll geladen. Was soll ich machen? Es ist mit einem Festnetzanschluß gekoppelt. Ging jahrelang problemlos und aus dem Nichts erscheint nun ständig das Wort "suchen" im Display. Der Festnetzanschluß funktioniert tadellos!
